Return & Refund Policy – Snack Express

At Snack Express, we strive to provide you with the best quality South Indian snacks made with 100% coconut oil. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

• Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened.

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received a wrong item.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• If you received a wrong or damaged product, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

• Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

• Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days

• Remote locations may take longer depending on courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

• For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 (depending on location) will apply.
