Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened.

Returns are only accepted if:

You received a wrong item.

The product was damaged during transit.

The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the product.
Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you received a wrong or damaged product, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
